Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Westbrook Umber Farms is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 222 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of field records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
