Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Northwind Stone Farms is an agricultural business based around Richmond, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
