Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Orchard Farms Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of grower contracts. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
