Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Highbridge Stone Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Columbus. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
