Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Cedar Linden Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Indianapolis region, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
