Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Highbridge Drift Freight is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of claims. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
