Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Rivermark Clear Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Boston, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
