Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Stonegate Hollow Freight is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling carrier rates on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of carrier rates. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
