Dispatcher - driver support (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Orchard Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Raleigh, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of packing house output. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
