Dispatcher - driver support (Raleigh, NC)

Westbrook Keystone Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Raleigh, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of claims. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
