Dispatcher - driver support (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Hollow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Providence with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software.
