Dispatcher - driver support (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Glen Inspection Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people based in Portland. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
