Dispatcher - driver support (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Union Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Phoenix. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
