Dispatcher - driver support (Phoenix, AZ)

Bright Forge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Phoenix. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
