Dispatcher - driver support (Philadelphia, PA)

Clearpath Bridge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Philadelphia, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of collection routes. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
