Dispatcher - driver support (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook Umber Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Oklahoma City, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would join a large organisation of about 374 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
