Dispatcher - driver support (New Orleans, LA)

Cedar Juniper Inspection Services Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
