Dispatcher - driver support (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Oak Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around New Orleans, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
