Dispatcher - driver support (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Oak Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Nashville, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of test reports. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
