Dispatcher - driver support (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Cedar Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Nashville. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. • Experience with routing software.
