Dispatcher - driver support (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Keystone Freight is a Milwaukee logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. We reward reliability. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling dock schedules on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of dock schedules. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
