Dispatcher - driver support (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Ashton Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Miami, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Miami. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
