Dispatcher - driver support (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Drift Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
