Dispatcher - driver support (Miami, FL)

Greenridge West Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Miami, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of landfill records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
