Dispatcher - driver support (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Ashton Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Miami, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
