Dispatcher - driver support (Miami, FL)

Highbridge Lakeside Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Miami. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
