Dispatcher - driver support (Madison, WI)

Lumen Juniper Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software.
