Dispatcher - driver support (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Cross Farms is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of grower contracts. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
