Dispatcher - driver support (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Forge Environmental Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
