Dispatcher - driver support (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Silverline Lakeside Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
