Dispatcher - driver support (Knoxville, TN)

Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Knoxville, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
