Dispatcher - driver support (Houston, TX)

Bright Ivory Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Houston. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
