Dispatcher - driver support (Houston, TX)

Redstone Quarry Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
