Dispatcher - driver support (Houston, TX)

Northwind Union Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of landfill records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
