Dispatcher - driver support (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Oak Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Houston. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
