Dispatcher - driver support (Honolulu, HI)

Summit Health is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
