Dispatcher - driver support (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Umber Inspection Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
