Dispatcher - driver support (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Solutions supplies farm and food customers across the Honolulu region, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
