Dispatcher - driver support (Hartford, CT)

Northwind Sparrow Inspection Services is an inspection company in Hartford with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
