Dispatcher - driver support (Hartford, CT)

Nova Union Inspection Services Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 944 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software.
