Dispatcher - driver support (Grand Rapids, MI)

Amberfield Oak Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
