Dispatcher - driver support (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Basin Farms Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
