Dispatcher - driver support (Des Moines, IA)

Nova Drift Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Des Moines, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would join a large organisation of about 458 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
