Dispatcher - driver support (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Summit Stone Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Denver. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of harvest schedules. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
