Dispatcher - driver support (Denver, CO)

Cedar Bridge Freight is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
