Dispatcher - driver support (Denver, CO)

Bright Keystone Farms is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
