Dispatcher - driver support (Denver, CO)

Amberfield Hollow Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Denver, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling dock schedules on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
