Dispatcher - driver support (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood Inspection Services is an inspection company in Columbus with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
