Dispatcher - driver support (Columbus, OH)

Highbridge Keystone Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Columbus. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
