Dispatcher - driver support (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Meridian Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
